Strategic Planning
CEDRU has been utilizing a comprehensive approach to strategic planning since 1986, which involves the integration of public policies and private investment in order to establish a long-term plan for accomplishing a specific set of development objectives. This approach, known as the CEDRU matrix, is designed to ensure that both the public and private sectors are aligned in their efforts toward achieving a common goal.
By leveraging the strengths of each sector, CEDRU is able to create a more effective and sustainable plan for development.
