Core Team

CEDRU stands for a team that is integral to the company culture. This team is not just a group of individuals working together, but a collaborative effort that thrives on mutual respect and understanding. Through our relationships, we generate energies that transcend the mundane routine of work and propel us towards personal growth and development.

We believe in the adage of “mens sana in corpore sano,” which translates to a healthy mind in a healthy body. We believe that a balanced lifestyle is essential to achieving success not only in our professional lives but also in our personal lives. Hence, we encourage our team to pursue a variety of interests and hobbies, which enrich their lives and contribute to their overall well-being.

Our team is not monolithic; instead, it comprises multiple teams with various vocations and different goals. We recognize that diversity is crucial to our success and that each person brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table. We encourage our team members to collaborate and learn from one another, fostering an environment of mutual respect and support.

CEDRU is more than just a team; it is a community of individuals dedicated to personal and professional growth. We are committed to creating an environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration, where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential.

    International Advisory Board

CEDRU, a research institution, was established during Portugal’s entry into the European Community. It was founded with the aim of promoting the internationalization of the country. As such, we recognized the importance of collaborating with experts from other countries and research university institutions. In our early studies, we sought the input of these experts to ensure that our research was of the highest quality.

Over time, we have developed strong relationships with experts from various fields and countries. We believe that their expertise and knowledge are valuable assets to our team. As a result, we have created the IAB – International Advisory Board – which serves as a support system for our research endeavors. The IAB provides guidance, monitors and evaluates our strategies and proposals, and assists us in finding consultants in specific areas.

By working closely with experts from around the world, we are able to produce research that is both relevant and impactful. We are committed to promoting collaboration and internationalization in all aspects of our work, and we believe that our partnerships with experts from different backgrounds are essential to achieving this goal.
