The service task was intended to produce contributions to the Programme, namely: (i) the development of a socio-economic and territorial diagnosis; (ii) the elaboration of a territorial cooperation diagnosis in south-western Europe; (iii) the strategic elaboration of the Programme; (iv) the definition of strategic priorities (axes of intervention); (v) justification of the priorities chosen; (vi) provisions for implementing the Programme.
